Hey All!!

My name is Shauna Chivers and I have the incredible honor of being the head coach of the Cavallo Cowgirls Equestrian Drill Team!!!

I have been the coach of the team since its inception 10 years ago and prior to that I was the coach of another team. I have been riding and showing drill for 6 years, riding with the Smoking Guns and Buckshot Beauties. In addition to riding and showing drill I am the owner / trainer of Ketcham Quarter Horses and Paints in Livermore, CA located on the beautiful Circle J Ranch, specializing in AQHA and APHA all around horses. I have been riding and showing my whole life and have worked and trained under Bruce Vickery, Chris Brown, and Scott Neuman in the AQHA world, just to name a few, and under Sumer Peioxto in the drill world.

I own 4 registered quarter horses; London (Scotch or Not), Diamond (Miss Plain Quixote), LF Hancocks Delight (Gracie), and Ella (Noturaverageshadeofgrey), am a secret closet nerd, coffee addict, and overall competitive person in all facets of my life. It is a privilege to coach these young ladies and an honor I am incredibly passionate about. Go CC riders!!!!
